UW Mini Course - Bocce

Bocce is an ancient game and the second most popular sport in the world.  Learn how to play this highly social game and experience the Joy of Bocce.  We will cover some of the history of the game, how the game is played (on professional courts), and game strategy.  Learn as you play using brand new oyster shell professional Bocce courts.  Bocce is a great game, accessible to almost anyone (courts are wheel chair accessible).  All you have to be able to do is roll a two pound ball  up to 90 feet.  Presented in cooperation with the Four Lakes Bocce Association.  Class meets at the out door courts on Marsh Road in McFarland next to the Madison Curling Club.  All equipment is provided.  Alternate weather date is April 28th, no refunds for inability to attend weather date.  2 meetings.  Instructors:  Chuck Basford and Raul De Luna.
